Senior Internal Auditor / Revisor*in (m/f/d)

As part of a dynamic audit team, you take over the management of audits as well as consulting projects in the various business areas or Organisational units of the clinic. You analyze business processes in terms of safety, regularity, and economic efficiency. You are partners of the tested areas and prepare the test results to be addressed – e.g. in audit reports and presentations for management. You support the specialist pages in the design of efficient processes and accompany the implementation of optimization measures. You actively contribute to the continuous development of our staff by means of agile examination approaches and support the management of the staff in the risk-oriented revision planning.

You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on economics, economic engineering, business informatics or law. You have more than 5 years of professional experience in the internal audit of a large company or group, in the audit or in a similar function. Insufficient experience in the field of healthcare, in particular at a clinic, is advantageous. You know the relevant professional standards and apply them easily. Ideally, you have appropriate certification (e.g. CIA, CISA). You have a pronounced IT affinity and are safe to use common MS Office applications as well as SAP ERP or HANA. The topics “Data Analysis” and “AI” are not strange to you. Experiences in project management as well as very good knowledge of German and English are assumed. The task requires an independent and structured operation. Your personal strengths include, in addition to a quick understanding, persuasiveness and self-confident appearance, engagement and high performance orientation. In addition, you are service-oriented and communication-strong.
