Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

As a team member of our quality assurance, you will ensure that only materials are delivered that fully meet customer requirements and defined product specifications. For this purpose, you use various material testing methods to self-prepared test specimens as a last instance before delivery, in order to test both series and new development batches for quality features. In case of deviations, you initiate quality-proofing measures. Your activities in detail: performing physical tests on prepreg materials (e.g. resin content, area weight, resin flow) Manufacture, manufacture and conditioning of test specimens according to customer specifications and standards performing mechanical and destructive material tests on laminate and sandwich test specimens (e.g. tensile, bending or peeling tests) Assessment of the test results in the matching of customer-specific requirements and subsequent technical evaluation and initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations Complete and comprehensible documentation of all testing activities Close coordination with internal interfaces

You have: Completed technical or craft training, e.g. as a material tester Careful, reliable and structured operation High quality awareness and craftsmanship German language skills In addition, it is advantageous to: Experience in quality assurance or testing Experience in handling product specifications or standards Knowledge in the field of fiber composites / Prepregs Basic knowledge of English Experience with software-based testing technology
