actively shape the organization and development of data management in the DZ BANK Group. In close cooperation with the Executive Board, Groups and Departments, we are constantly developing our data governance standards, processes and tools as a data governance function (2nd Line of Defense). We advise on the implementation of our requirements, monitor their implementation and report to the top management. Thus, we ensure a continuous improvement in the quality of data as a basis for effective control processes. Bring your ideas into your hands, create processes and become part of our team! As Senior Manager (m/w/d), you support the Management Board with the ever-increasing demands on data governance and are proactive in the further development of our data governance function. Specifically, you are driving forward the optimization of data governance and data diversity-related management regulations across the range from accounting to supervisory law to risk controlling or transaction banking. You will always take into account all current regulatory requirements (including BCBS 239, ECB Guide RDARR, SREP) and, if necessary, also take over the project management for the further development of DG-related topics, such as the fulfilment of sustainably increased requirements of the ECB Guiide RDARR. You are a key player in data governance for specialist areas, top management and auditors. With special tasks with DG focus, you can also introduce your know-how, e.g., in the further development of the existing DG regulations along new regulatory requirements.
