Operator Airfreight Import (m/f/d)

You unwind international air freight import shipments and plan efficient solutions for delivery

You enter customers throughout the entire transport process

You coordinate cooperation with truckers, handling agents, customs and customs agents, as well as national and international branches

You will process the import duty and ensure compliance with customs regulations

You track shipments, communicate proactively with deviations and process complaints

You set up output invoices and check or release input invoices

You have a completed special training or a comparable logistical qualification as well as several years of experience in the air freight import with

You bring safe knowledge of customs processing and have experience in handling (inter)national customers and network partners

You master MS Office safely and have experience with Dakosy; Knowledge of CargoWise One are a plus

You ideally have basic knowledge in hazardous goods (DGR)

You work structured, independent and reliable and convince by communication strength, team capacity and service and solution-oriented action – even under time pressure

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
