Manager Global Service Products and Processes (m/f/d)

You analyze existing regional service products and processes and identify optimization potentials and best practices. In addition, you will develop a concept for modular service products using best practices and a minimum of global standardization. You evaluate existing and new service products in terms of market attractiveness, feasibility, professional and strategic relevance, accompanied by regular portfolio audits. The support of our omissions in imple­mentation and possible process adaptation is also one of your tasks. You will also use relevant key figures for controlling the service portfolio, process quality, rollout progress and commercial success.

Expertise: You have a successful technological, natural science or business studies and have already gained several years of professional experience in B2B services or sales of service solutions. Passion: You have already gained experience in Service Solution Development or as a product manager (m/w/d) in the field of service and are ideally excited about the portfolio design in the field of measurement technology. Trust & Liability: Due to your very good communication skills in English, you are a competent partner (m/w/d) for our subsidiaries and distributors. Listening & Understanding: Your strong intercultural social competence and your understanding of culture allow you to take into account regional challenges in your daily work. Estimate & Respect: Your international readiness (30–50%) gives you a deep insight into the service processes on site and actively contribute to the implementation of standards.
