Creation of decision-ready briefings, decision templates, presentations and management updates Analysis and structuring of key figures, information and expertise to provide sound decision bases Management of session management including agenda creation, documentation and protocol management as well as decision and to-do tracking as well as development and maintenance of standards and templates Coordination as a central interface between management, areas, departments, corporations and external stakeholders as well as priority and bottleneck monitoring with consistent follow-up of decisions Support and coordination of projects, special tasks, appointments, workshops and events of management including confidential document and information management

Complete studies in the technical and/or business sector, preferably with a focus on corporate management and multiannual professional experience in a comparable position High discretion, loyalty, stress resistance and pronounced organisational skills as well as sovereign occurrence at different hierarchical levels Strategic thinking and the ability to understand complex relationships and to represent them in decision-making templates Predictive action to take off the management proactive tasks, as well as knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
