Asset management: development and implementation of strategies for an economic, sustainable and sustainable electricity grid Network transformation: design of the networks of the future and derivation of target network concepts for the successful implementation of the energy transition Network development: planning and optimization of network structures taking into account technical, economic and regulatory requirements Connection solutions: Development of network connection concepts for EEG systems, storage, charging infrastructure and industrial and commercial customers Network analyses: implementation and evaluation of network, risk and scenario analyses as the basis of strategic decisions Investment management: Priority and control of investments over the entire asset life cycle to ensure efficient network development Innovation: Identification and implementation of new technologies, methods and solutions for the challenges of the energy transition Project management: Management and coordination of projects for network transformation, digitization and standardization Data and Monitoring: Building and further development of data-based key figures, analyses and reporting to control network business Cooperation: Control of service providers as well as close cooperation with network operation, planning and connection as well as other specialist areas for the development of holistic solutions

Study of electrical engineering or energy technology Multiannual experience in asset management, network planning or development Knowledge of electricity distribution networks and energy-economic frameworks Experience with energy transition, grid connection and grid expansion projects Analytical and strategic thinking Secure handling of SAP, MS Office, network calculation tools and data-based applications Experience in project management and cooperation with different stakeholders Own initiative, readiness for innovation and strong communication skills
