In the absence of the reception or representation responsible for all matters at the hotel reception Organisation & implementation of work processes Introduction, Training and Leadership of Employees Creation of statistics and forecasts Leading a layer and a cash register Prepare, control and edit your travel lists Check-in / check-out and guest service accept and edit reservations, also for the restaurant Up-to-date and care of guest carts

completed vocational training in hotel multiannual experience in reception or comparative knowledge in a similar position good knowledge of German and English, every other foreign language is of advantage Fidelio Suite 8 knowledge is desirable but not condition gast-oriented thinking and positive radiation Reliability and teamability and good handling
