Machine Operator , Nuremberg (m/f/d)

Our customer is an established company based in Nuremberg, which develops and produces technically sophisticated cable solutions for international industrial sectors.

On his behalf, we are looking for you, from now on, in 3-shift, as a machine operator (m/w/d) with high takeover chance. Roughs of the extrusion systems (e.g. wire and jacket extruders) depending on the application with the appropriate tools and mould cores adjusting the correct process parameters such as temperature, extrusion pressure and take-off speed exactly after presetting equipping the plants with the corresponding raw materials (e.g. granules, compounds such as PVC, PE, XLPE, PUR) Operation and monitoring of the ongoing extrusion process including material and color change during production Cleaning of plants after completion of production removing the finished cables or cores and testing of these for dimensional accuracy, insulation or Coat thickness and surface quality Transport of cable drums and materials within production, including forklifts

(m/w/d), extruder guide (m/w/d), production aid (m/w/d) or in a comparable activity in industrial production Technical understanding and craftsmanship required in handling production plants Forklift certificate and driving licence class B necessary You are characterized by a careful and quality-conscious way of working Layer readiness (3-layer system) Physical loadability necessary Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
