Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Strategic management and further development of governance structures in the IT sector Professional and disciplinary leadership of department staff Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) Construction and maintenance of a spartenwide IT architecture strategy Establishing and monitoring a company-wide project portfolio Definition and implementation of data quality, security and availability guidelines Optimization and standardization of IT service and operating processes Building a transparent IT cost control including budget planning and forecasting Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners Reporting to IT management and active participation of IT strategy

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or similar qualifications Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable role with responsibility for several departments Knowledge of IT governance, information security, data protection, project management, IT controlling and process management Experience in building and managing complex IT structures and governance models Representative communication, leadership and organisational competence Strategic thinking, high self-initiative and enforcement strength Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
