To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced project manager*in (m/w/d) who is responsible for the implementation of photovoltaic and storage projects from execution planning to commissioning. The function is responsible for overall and earnings for projects. The goal of the position is to strategically manage projects and ensure that projects are successfully implemented in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality, appointments and customer satisfaction. In this task you take over: Total responsibility for identification, development and control of projects in the field of photovoltaic and storage projects

Defining strategic goals and decision on project directions, continuation and milestones

Responsibility for site assessment and land protection incl. Negotiation and Contract Management

General responsibility for technical and economic assessment

Control of all planning and approval procedures including Construction planning to ensure legal certainty and schedule

Coordination and control of external partners, authorities and service providers and ensuring the timely implementation of the project

Creation of decision documents, reports and forum templates including regular reporting

This is ideally what you bring: Proven expertise in the project development of photovoltaic and storage projects, in particular in development, approval and implementation processes as well as in market and regulatory frameworks Impressive capacity for overall project management, including strategic decision-making and ensuring target achievement Funded experience in budget and risk management at project level (budget planning, cost control, economic analysis, active risk management) The talent to quickly capture complex facts, to think connected and to set clear priorities. At the same time, you act proactively, make pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions and keep risks as well as achievement of objectives safe in mind The ability to take responsibility. In doing so, you reflect on your actions with the need to continuously develop You work confidently, respectfully and at eye level with internal and external partners, promote diversity and constructively deal with conflicts
