Your technical background: You have a completed university degree (Master, Bachelor or Diploma) in civil engineering, ideally focusing on settlement water management Project and construction experience: You bring multi-annual experience in the management or cooperation of complex projects – from planning, tendering and awarding to construction monitoring to commissioning and technical documentation Right & standards: You know the relevant regulations and laws (public/private building law, HOAI, AHO, VOB, VOL, VgV) and apply them safely Organization & methods: You have basic business knowledge, practical project management skills and secure IT skills (MS Project, MS Office, AVA) Personal competencies: You trade objectively and result-oriented, think analytically and holistic, work structured and flexible in the team and have a driving licence class B
