The CO OMG AO division ensures a stable, secure and performant operation of SSO's cross-average applications. The Department leads the Incident, Change, Release and Patch Management for the supervised procedures. -Your tasks:-

· Creation of scripts, training and communication documents and Web-based trainings or Training videos for LMS · Implementation of in-house training as well as external training for Customers (online and in presence) · Publication & maintenance of learning units on Learning Management Platforms · Cross-disciplinary coordination of appointments and voting · Current documentation maintenance

-Your profile:

· Complete study of communication, education, Social science, media design with 2- or comparable training with 5 years professional experience · Alternative 3-4-year experience in media design, Communication and adult education · Knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL V3/ITIL 4 (or fast) Opinion) · Good tricks with the Adobe Creative Suite in particular Adobe Captivate or comparable tool · Ready to work in new tools or already good to very good knowledge with e-learning software, preferably Articulate or Vyond · Good understanding of complex IT structures · German language skills in word and writing
