Gain good together. For our team in Cologne, we are looking for a full-time credit consultant for ecclesiastical and social institutions (m/w/d). Your tasks You treat the company customers assigned to you from the field of ecclesiastical and social institutions holistic and with a good sense of their individual requirements. You analyze customer requests comprehensively – especially for real estate financing projects. In doing so, you will keep the holistic approach of care and bind internal specialist specialists in a targeted manner. Customers will experience you as a reliable contact person who develops relationships in a sustainable way and develops tailor-made solutions. At trade fairs and customer events you represent the Pax Bank for Church and Caritas eG professional and authentic. You create contacts, strengthen existing relationships and contribute to further expanding the Bank's network. With commitment and conviction, you win new target customers for the bank. You realize potentials, go actively towards people and build long-term, trusting business relationships. Your profile Your basis is a completed bank training, ideally supplemented by appropriate additional qualifications, and/or completed economic studies. In addition, you bring professional experience in the credit business as well as in the advice of institutional customers. You convince with your strong sales and communication strength and understand how to build and develop sustainable relationships. You combine established expertise with a friendly appearance and the ability to decide safely and clearly even in challenging situations. A high customer and service orientation is of course for you. You listen carefully, identify needs and develop solutions that are professionally sound and sustainable. You work structured and carefully, bring a high degree of self-motivation and perform your tasks with reliability and commitment. You will also enjoy self-employed and responsible work and will be happy to introduce you to a dynamic team.
