Location: Berlin

Quantity and timely disposition of parts and material to ensure trouble-free supply Examination of the computer-assisted parts requirement and control and processing of delivery declarations (quantity, date) Tracking of delivery routes and delivery times in coordination with suppliers and transport service providers performing corrections in the case of missing parts, false documentation or special parts Working together to determine demand levels and intermediate and final stocks Processing of clearing cases in over and under deliveries Check of receipts and clarification of the delivery situation Monitoring of material inputs and introduction of special measures for production safety in bottlenecks Participation in cross-works votes on material distribution Special journeys and presentation of opinions Introduction and monitoring of escalation levels for suppliers and internally clarification of material differences, error analysis and cleaning of MRP and documentation documents Scheduled disposition of parts for pre-series production Control of delivery receipts incl. Drawing and monitoring of material inputs clarification of deviations in the drawing stand or missing information with suppliers Error analysis and cleaning of the MRP parameters and documentation corrections Escalation management and special measures for bottlenecks or delivery difficulties

Completed vocational training Special professional experience desirable Safe handling of common IT applications (MS Office) Foreign language knowledge: English required (safe for negotiation) Structured, reliable and independent operation Embossed communication and proliferation capability for dealing with external partners (suppliers, forwarders) Flexibility with regard to work, willingness to learn, strong team capacity, on-site work required
