Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You constantly analyze the adventure world “Living / Construction Financing”, recognize patterns and bring them into line with the trends in customer behavior. In the world of experience, you analyze which situations, information or formats attract a great deal of customer interest, implement targeted measures and thus specifically affect the supply and/or Purchase decisions. You have a close look at the overarching goals of the world of experiences, define creative measures to achieve the (tappen) goals and implement them successfully in the team. You will find innovative and pragmatic solutions, promote collaboration between different worlds of experience and internal areas to ensure a highly efficient and creative implementation at the interface with partners and potential new customers. You collect and analyze customer feedback to increase the satisfaction of our partner companies and develop our services. You will test market studies as well as best practices from the corporate environment and visit relevant events to identify new business opportunities and support the world of experience development.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Business degree, merchant/wife for insurance and financial investments, bank businessman/wife or another suitable training with reference to the job Experience in the construction finance environment Network in the building finance sector (platforms, mediators, construction finance areas of banks) of advantage Structured, result-oriented approach analytical thinking, high structural and customer orientation as well as very good project coordination and presentation skills Experience with relation to marketing, advertising or B2B(2C) distribution of advantage Advantageous knowledge of areas such as agile project management, digitalization, e-commerce, creativity techniques, trend routing or market research very good knowledge of German and English You don't meet any requirement?
