Customer Experience: You are actively working at the SocialBank in the Customer Advisory & Service area to make excellent experiences for our customers as the first point of contact. Process optimization: You are committed to our first-class service and sales and actively supporting us in the cross-channel implementation and optimization of process topics. In addition to working in the day-to-day business, you support your colleagues in our key current project “ClientBank” and bring your own creative ideas with you. Team Synergy: You work closely with colleagues from different departments, share your knowledge in the interfaces and constantly develop in this dynamic environment. Networked: You are part of our trainee community and can network with trainees and trainees from other areas.

Professional qualification: You have a completed degree, e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Informatics, Health Economics, or a comparable degree course or are a professional beginner after a commercial training. Banking staff: You are burning for the topic of “Social Banking” and you are keen to develop this field with us in an innovative way. Service mentality: You have a strong customer orientation as well as a quick understanding that allows you to quickly work into complex issues. Personality: You are an absolute team player, convince by a safe appearance and enjoy communication with different people. Working methods: You work across departments with a high level of quality on yourself and have the ambition to continuously develop yourself in your task. Office expertise: You are safe in dealing with current MS Office applications and use them efficiently for your daily work.
