Part-time real estate clerk (19.5 hours/week) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for an optimised management of the properties, property rights and leases. You are responsible for the execution and conclusion of contracts with regard to the acquisition, exchange and sale of land and conducts property files in the geographic information system (GIS). In your function, you will also check the basic tax and the user fees and assign the amounts on time. In addition, you take border dates when surveying and process land use surveys. You complete leases and lease contracts and are responsible for the cost accounting. You run a property rights file, provide information about plant and management rights, and order limited personal utilities, other rights and construction loads. Budget control and management, ordering and billing are among your activities within the department.

You have a professional training and an additional qualification (e.g. a specialist) in the field of real estate, land management or notariat. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the above areas. Ideally, you have already been able to gain knowledge of SAP and GIS and have a class B licence. You have an independent working style and you personally convince by a high level of sense of responsibility and flexibility.
