We are now looking for a*n:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The planning, control and control of the personnel budget including forecasts and deviation analyses is your responsibility.

In close coordination with Finance and the departments, you will conduct personnel costs and headcount planning.

Existing HR Controlling Instruments, Processes and Reporting Tools continuously develop and optimize them in terms of efficiency and transparency.

In addition, you can support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, in particular for provisions and personnel cost analyses.

Analyzing trends and key figures will guide you with sound recommendations for HR management and management.

As part of HR projects – for example when introducing new HR systems or compensation models – you actively participate.

You ensure high data quality in the HR systems and are responsible for maintaining and developing KPI dashboards.

Ideally, you have a completed degree in the field of business management, controlling or a comparable qualification. With appropriate suitability, we also like to take into account qualified participants. Multiannual professional experience in controlling, preferably with a focus on HR controlling, will award you. You have very good Excel knowledge and ideally bring experience with SAP HCM. In addition, you have very good German and good English skills, both in word and writing. Embossed analytical skills and a high number affinity allow you to quickly capture complex relationships. A structured, independent and solution-oriented procedure is of course for you.
