Teamleiter Controlling (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the 3-person controlling team. You are responsible for the continuous expansion as well as the further development of the Controlling area including digital reporting and planning systems. You develop and maintain key payment systems and management reports in Power-BI incl. Data connection from different source systems. You analyze the business development, process sequences, profitability and cost structures and guide well-founded recommendations for action/decision bases (e.g. business cases). You coordinate and accompany budgeting and forecasting. You create performance analyses and ad hoc analyses as well as deviation analyses, i.e. control and analysis of the project numbers along the entire product cycle. You take care of the further development of the cost and performance calculation as well as the calculation logic. You support external accounting for monthly and annual accounts. You ensure a transparent and efficient management of the group of companies in the group environment.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, as an alternative to Business Informatics with a focus on controlling or in Business Engineering or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in controlling (planning, forecasting, financial and balance sheet analysis, reporting). You have expert knowledge in the profit center calculation and accounting. You have a high affinity for IT and process topics, ideally in the field of aviation. You move safely in the MS Office landscape, e.g. Excel, Power BI, and have experience with ERP systems, especially SAP knowledge and databases. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and have a high level of enforcement and self-initiative. You have a pronounced communication capability and an independent and structured manner of operation.
