Advising and supporting a defined area of local and international experts and executives in all HR-relevant issues and tasks Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Support for quality control and continuous optimization of modern HR processes Ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations Trustful and constructive cooperation with employees and HR colleagues worldwide Takeover of special projects in HR

Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, psychology, organization, labour law or comparable Insufficient professional experience in the field of HR, ideally in the international group environment, in generalistic staff support and in cooperation with works councils Personal knowledge and good knowledge in collective and individual labour law Secure handling of the MS Office package and SAP HR/Success Factors Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Service- and result-oriented as well as value-estimating, constructive work sovereign and trustworthy occurrence High level of empathy as well as targeted communication skills readiness to travel
