Field of activity

The internal and external services (0511) teams jointly ensure that the workability of the GQ 0500 (DRV-IT DSRV & Services) department is guaranteed from an organizational and technical point of view. The teams are key to all internal and external employees of the department and take care of their essential concerns. The diverse services from different sub-disciplines are distributed to the service team, to the process service and to the hotline of the GQ 0500 department as well as to the technical interior service, to the experts for onboarding and offboarding as well as to the IT procurement coordination across the board.

Your duties

• They coordinate all IT procurements in cooperation with the bodies of the DRV-IT, the institutions and data centres of the German Pension Insurance and the procurement agency and the contract management of the DRV
• They answer enquiries on the matters dealt with in the committees by making comments and opinions, as well as by making proposals for decisions.
• They support the coordination of cross-member IT procurements by acting as an interface between applicants and other stakeholders. This also includes contract management
• They shall assist in the preparation and calculation of the basic and cross-sectional budget for all cross-subsidiary projects and prepare them. the budget planning
• They actively participate in the development of existing procurement processes, tools used and their documentation
• They represent the subject in internal and external working groups and rounds of vote
• They assess complex financial and economic circumstances

Your profile

• Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the field of economics or economics or in the IT field or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialistin) with professional experience relevant to tasks or a successfully completed training in the field of law (e.g. Lawyerr) or finance (e.g. Kaufmann/Kauffrau for Insurances and finances, banker/banker) with many years job-relevant professional experience
• Multiannual job-relevant experience in procurement, ideally in IT
• knowledge in the field of public procurement
• Communication strength, empathy, structured thinking and working methods as well as solution and process orientation complete your profile

In order to occupy the position, we will have discussions with applicants who are in the narrower selection.

The activity requires knowledge of German in word and Scripture.

The body requires the willingness to attend occasional multi-day missions and to participate in further training/organizations also outside the Würzburg site. In order to enable employees with family obligations to participate in business trips or professionally offered training, the DRV Bund will refund additional, necessary and unusable care costs.
