Event technology at ZÜBLIN – sounds unusual? It is also.We can not only build great – we can also organize great. From our headquarters in Stuttgart, we organize events in a variety of formats throughout the group: summer festivals, conferences, roadshows or fairs. In addition, our meeting rooms on campus are part of our responsibility. Here we ensure that the technology runs smoothly and that our colleagues are professionally supported when needed. Our event team with around 10 employees offers a holistic event and project support – including the use of digital tools – and thus lives its passion for professional event management in an exciting group environment. You are the central interface for the technical planning of our events and coordinate external service providers: from the big conference to the small event, without technically implementing any detail. You are responsible for the support and further development of our meeting room technology and are planning to anticipate modernizations according to the group standard. In cooperation with our sales team, you will ensure that events take place smoothly and that all stakeholders are optimally supplied. You keep an eye on dates, budgets and technical processes and ensure that all parties can work together smoothly. Two other locations are also part of our task: Here you plan maintenance, updates and optimizations, as well as the technical support of the event, whether in-house or via a:n service provider:in

Complete training in the field of event technology or comparable qualification Including experience in the technical planning, coordination and management of events Good knowledge of meeting room technology and technical processes Organizational talent, team skills and a good sense of stakeholder management Flexibility, structured work, communication strength Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
