With your focus on M&A, you take responsibility throughout the transaction process - from pipeline management to target screening to due diligence, contract design and post-Merger integration You make a significant contribution to the further development of our group of companies, such as through precise market and competitive analyses as well as your sovereign navigation of complex stakeholder structures In strategic and operational projects, you develop convincing recommendations for the management, tax concrete implementation measures and successfully bring them to completion

Master’s degree with economic or analytical focus and 3–5 years of experience in business development/consultancy, strategy, M&A or business analytics – ideally with industry reference to the food industry Safe project management and solution-oriented cooperation, high precision, clear communication Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and enthusiasm for data and routined handling of KPIs Team orientation and hand-on mentality, self-motivation and desire for further development Safe communication in German and English Versified MS Office identifiers, especially Excel and Power Point International readiness for project-related needs
