Control and planning of operating business taking into account the current volume and the agreed service level Ensuring continuous accessibility for our customers taking into account internal service levels Distribution of Back Office tasks (e.g. requests, mails, rework and re-submission folders to Customer Consultants) Monitoring of real-time conversation and rework times to achieve service levels Monitoring of processing and lying times for the Back Office area Creating and interpreting daily reporting and statistics, deriving appropriate planning and control measures personnel deployment planning on a daily, monthly and annual basis taking into account historical data and the current volume as well as the release of short-term requests Consumption and forwarding of disease reports

Multiannual professional experience in the dynamic environment of a customer service / call center area Very good organization and time management and the ability to adapt to changing workloads Very high quality awareness and very good communication skills Analytical thinking and a forward-looking, target- and solution-oriented approach Consistent customer and service orientation, own initiative and a high degree of loadability enthusiastic team player with strong social competence and high empathy Secure handling of PC, Internet, MS Office and Call Center supported software Very good knowledge of German in word and written condition, good knowledge of English
