Animal keeper (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Care of animals (from mouse to beef), among others: feeding Establishing, controlling, cleaning and disinfecting animal shelters Assessment of general animal health Support for model and target animal studies Animal training

Work and documentation in accordance with the principles of animal welfare, work and environmental protection (EHS) and good laboratory practice (GLP) in the area of responsibility Takeover of administrative tasks in the field of animal husbandry Innovative introduction of constructive proposals to reorganise processes Reliable, team-oriented, constructive and structured cooperation

Training as animal nurses or workers without such planned training, which have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills due to multiannual professional practice, welcomes starters Experiences in the (exploratory) Joy in handling animals and knowledge of animal health Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experiences with administrative software (orders, animal database) of advantage Structured and conscientious operation High level of motivation and self-responsibility Basic knowledge of English readiness for flexible working hours with weekend and holiday services
