Procurement Clerk (m/f/d)

As a procurator*in, you ensure that researchers and departments of BAM can reliably perform their tasks. With your commitment, you will ensure that the goods and services required are economically, legally and sustainably purchased. Processing of procurement measures for scientific and technical goods and services for the scientific needs of BAM, including: Examination of requirements and advice of the departments in the preparation of performance descriptions and other award documents Implementation of award procedures up to the award decision Contract and escalation management in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Accounting

Successfully completed vocational training in administrative or commercial matters Knowledge of procurement and procurement law, in particular for national procurement procedures (UVgO and VOL/Part B) and federal budgetary law (BHO) Practical and professional experience in procurement with proven practical experience in the implementation of procurement procedures (UVgO) practical and professional experience in the application of contract law (contract, service contract) and in the processing of invoices Practical and professional experience in the application of EVB-IT contracts Good oral and written expressiveness Good knowledge of English (in word and writing) Excellent PC identifiers (MS-Office applications, Internet) Understanding the Scientific Tasks of BAM Willingness to continue Good communication and information behaviour, targeted and structured functioning, team capacity and cooperation readiness, enforcement capacity / negotiation skills, resilience and reliability
