In the fields of research and construction, you are responsible for improving our products and supporting our specialist engineers in their projects. You gain practical experience in the calculation and development of sustainable timber houses - look forward to building physics and static calculations.

You are studying at a university - ideally with the course of study wood construction and development or civil engineering. The duration of your practice semester is 18 weeks or more - enough time to immerse deep into matter and really move what! You take responsibility with us. For this we require independent work and self-initiative - but of course you can always count on the support of our specialist engineers. Together with the team, we achieve more. Does that fit you?

Your tasks are varied and sensual. You work for home-healthy homes that make our world better. Your opinion counts. Do you have an innovative idea? Let's talk about it. You have the chance to accompany and design your own projects. You're getting away from it? We are happy to offer you a community in Erkheim. During your practical semester, you will connect Gelerntes from your studies with our practice. At the beginning of your activity, you will learn our production, house assembly and your baufritz pads. He or she will work you intensively. We are a lively, happy family business. Here we tell you to each other and the hierarchies are deliberately flat. At annual graduations, business trips, barbecues and other beautiful events you are in the circle of nice colleagues.
