You accompany customers in implementing an established, sought-after service with hundreds of satisfied customers and an excellent reputation in the construction industry. You can experience how your support makes your working day easier.

Onboarding: You introduce new customers to our collaboration Analysis of existing workflows and identification of potential for improvement Development of individual measures and digital processes based on proven standards Stepwise monitoring of the implementation in planned telephone and video appointments Implementation of practical online training Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments and documentation and follow-up of agreed measures Examination of suitable digital tools, automations and AI applications together with the team

Experience in consulting-intensive sales of advantage. You have advised customers in the selection of high-quality products in need of explanation and in larger purchase decisions, for example in kitchen, car or furniture trade, eye optics, hearing acoustics or in high-end specialist / retail. A completed commercial training is advantageous.
