Execution of the out-of-court dunning procedure, including examination and dispatch of dunning letters, communication with customers, debt counselling agencies and lawyers, creation of council agreements and testing of customers created through the EOG process Implementation of the blocking process, including commissioning of measuring point operators to block and unlock counters, requesting access complaints and checking and booking of blocking costs execution of judicial dunning, including transfer of relevant customer data to debt collection service providers and lawyers, preparation of legal appointments, audit of cost notes and notification of claims to the bankruptcy table Creation of reports Support for financial accounting and cooperation with other departments

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Safe handling of MS Office SAP knowledge desirable Experience in the Wilken system desirable Basic knowledge of the energy industry and knowledge of network charges desirable Durability and loadability Enforcement and Persuasion Precise and Structured Procedure Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
