Student employee data protection (m/f/d)

You research data protection and digital law issues (e.g. GDPR, DSA and other relevant regulations) You support the creation, maintenance and documentation of data protection documents (e.g. processing directory, processing of data subjects, etc.) You participate in the preparation of internal presentations and reports and actively contribute your ideas You support the team in daily business with ad-hoc requests and current topics You will publish laws, guidelines, public authorities and specialist literature and prepare the content in a comprehensible manner You first summaries, memos and overviews on current legal developments You will follow relevant judgements, opinions and EU consultation processes and prepare them structuredly

You study law, economic law or a comparable degree course in the Bachelor or Master and can support us at least 6 months with 16-20h per week You live in Munich and study there and have the opportunity to work regularly on site but also from the Home Office You are passionate about data protection law, in particular the GDPR, and are interested in current developments in European digital law You work carefully, structured and reliable, and work independently and responsibly You have a strong analytical mindset and are delighted to prepare complex legal issues in a comprehensible manner You bring your own initiative, curiosity and a high level of readiness to learn and want to gain practical experience in data protection and digital law NICE TO HAVE First contact points with data protection or digital law (e.g. seminars, housework, internships) Basic knowledge of the GDPR Interest in the media and digital industry Very good English knowledge (for EU documents and English language sources)
