As a competent contact person, you advise executives and employees on work and organizational psychology issues and conduct business-psychological speaking lessons. Psychic risk assessments at our customers are carried out independently, conduct appropriate measures and evaluate their sustainable effectiveness. Workshops, trainings and coachings on topics such as stress management, mental health, conflict management and healthy leadership design and moderate in practice and target group-oriented. Together with our interdisciplinary prevention team, you develop existing services and actively introduce new ideas and impulses. Through your regular presence at local customers, you create confidence, convince with a professional appearance and ensure sustainable consulting success.

Complete Master's or Diploma in Psychology with focus on work, business and organizational psychology 3-5 years of professional experience (ideally in the field of work and organizational psychology with different industries) We require reliable knowledge of German and experience in working with executives Coaching training and very good English skills (B2) are advantageous High readiness (approx. 20-40 %), driving licence class B and sovereign appearance
