For ProMinent Deutschland GmbH we are looking for a dispatcher in the field of service (m/w/d).

Customer support: You are in constant exchange and are close companions of our customers and service technicians with all service questions up to the order conclusion Application planning: If necessary, You support the flexible, economical and competent deployment planning of Germany-wide service operations Interface: You are the important link between the Field Service activities and the associated commercial order management Technical clarification: Together with your colleagues, you take over the technical clarification of field service operations Supplier communication: You are in close contact with our suppliers Data check: You check the order data provided for completeness, plausibility and feasibility Processing: Ensure the smooth running of all processes downstream of the service use (calculations, credits, follow-up orders, material returns, collection orders, etc.) in our SAP system

Training: You have a technical training with mechanical, mechatronic or electrical engineering, or a comparable training with an economic understanding Process understanding: You have a very good technical understanding of process engineering processes and their relationships Software knowledge: You can safely handle SAP and the current MS Office applications Problem solution: You are characterized by pronounced problem-solving capabilities and a rapid understanding Communication: You bring communication skills and social competence in cooperation with customers and colleagues Target orientation: You work structured, methodologically and targeted Conflict resolution: You have a high degree of critique and conflictability. Language skills: You bring good knowledge of English
