Together with your colleagues, you work on multipurpose systems. At the beginning of the shift, you will discuss who takes care of what work, and then puts it on second, third or fourth: Apply beans, solids, add solvents, observe parameters, stir, heat, cool, meter, clean, document ... The goal is that each and every one of them can drive all the facilities at some point. But tell us where you're going. We'll put you in line with your inclinations. Maybe you're handcrafted?
