You cause us: Ensure a powerful and smoothly functioning IT landscape by installing, configuring and managing software, hardware and media technology PaaS and SaaS solutions, technology tools and multifunctional devices Take over the role as Configuration Manager (CMDB) and responsibility for the procurement of hardware Support and support of software, hardware, users and permissions You create transparency and sustainability by maintaining our IT infrastructure documentation and continuously evolving As a central contact person in request and incident management, you ensure a fast, structured and solution-oriented processing of concerns in enterprise service management You actively accompany changes by professionally planning and implementing change management processes for hardware and software Management, maintenance and creation of the form management for bank-specific forms (BIF) Management and monitoring of service providers and active cooperation on projects and independent implementation of tasks You protect our house from risks by consistently ensuring compliance with regulatory and regulatory requirements

Take this with you: Your completed training on the computer science businessman/wife, merchant/wife for digitalization management, specialist informatics or a comparable qualification (ideally) Professional Experience as a System Administrator (m/w/d) in a Microsoft-based system landscape (ideally) Knowledge in handling databases, M365 and patch management Joy in communication and cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and users, especially in the context of projects Secure appearance, team capacity, high operational readiness and a structured, independent and responsible way of working Knowledge of banking regulators is advantageous
