HR-Business Partner*in (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the management of personnel – from the creation and management of work contracts, through contract changes, to the withdrawal process. For careful data management in the system and a structured digital storage. You work out with digital tools and actively contribute your IT affinity to the further development of our personal administrative processes. The use of HR software such as LOGA is part of everyday work for you. You keep the day-to-day business in the human resources sector: this includes, among other things, the processing of medical messages and certificates, as well as the creation of bills and communication with internal opponents. You're in shape! You get into team and system tuning and support in optimizing our internal processes.

A completed commercial training or a comparable study – ideally with a personal economic focus Multiannual experience in human resources management, preferably with basic knowledge of social security and labour law Secure handling of HR systems, preferably LOGA, as well as good IT skills in data management and digital storage A careful, structured and reliable operation as well as a high sense of responsibility in handling sensitive personal data Team skills, communication strength and joy in working in a collegial, digital environment
