AI Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

You support the Head of Digital Transformation in the development, development and operationalisation of the corporate AI strategy as well as the associated governance structures. In close cooperation with specialist areas, you identify, structure and prioritize AI-Use-Cases and accompany them with advice from idea to implementation. You ensure compliance with legal, ethical and safety-relevant requirements in AI initiatives. You act as a connecting element between departments, IT and external partners. You build a company-wide AI community, develop enablement formats (e.g. trainings, guides, best practices) and enable specialist areas for meaningful use of AI tools. You work closely with IT and platform managers (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and bring practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot into consultation and enablement. As an internal contact person, you will observe AI trends, tools and regulatory developments and prepare them for management and disciplines in line with target groups.

You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL, Digital Business, Communications or Media Sciences, AI or comparable – your interest and your first practical experience in the AI environment is crucial. You are sensitized for the topics of data protection, IT security and ethical standards in the AI context. You have a basic understanding of data and cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Azure), practical experience is beneficial. You convince by the ability to translate technical topics into business and application contexts. You were able to demonstrate their coordination skills and their design and communication strength during the successful implementation of projects. Their work is characterised by high self-initiative, sense of responsibility and spirit of innovation. A professional handling of the standard software MS-Office is of course for you.
