Motivation, guidance and enthusiasm of the driving pass test groups according to the applicable TUMA guidelines Cooperation in projects Support in the daily management of personnel deployment taking into account upcoming special and group tasks in cooperation with the MRP Responsible for the training of new employees in the driver's ID check and implementation of productivity-promoting measures, e.g. by targeted implementation of group work including training and further training (e.g. management of group days) Conducting ticket checks (group and priority controls) Information, advice and support of passengers Assistance for disabled persons in vehicles, at stops and at stations of the ÜSTRA First aid in the event of accidents and communication of rescue personnel Performance of passenger service and information, including in case of malfunctions and major events

A completed vocational training (e.g. specialist in driving) or a comparable proven qualification. Completion of additional internal qualifications Detailed local, tariff, route and timetable knowledge in the field of the GVH with as well as technical understanding of the operation of the recording equipment / technical sales and customer facilities Knowledge of the standard software MS-Office and pedagogical basic knowledge of advantage - foreign language skills are desirable Multiannual (min. 3 years) professional experience in relevant functions A high level of communication, problem solving and team skills Innovation spirit, self-responsibility and reliability
