As Automation Engineer – Production (m/w/d), make sure that our fully and partially automated production lines run reliably, stable and efficient – from the filling system to assembly and blister processes to robot-assisted final packaging. Specifically, you analyze malfunctions in controllers, robots, sensor technology and actuators and quickly bring the systems back into a stable operation. At the same time, you support production in technical issues, perform fault analyses and implement sustainable solutions. To further increase performance and stability, optimize OEE, cycle times and movement sequences and customize control logic and interfaces. In addition, you work on automation, retrofit and digitization projects – from conception to validation. You can also maintain and update technical documentation, current schedules and change documents according to GMP and DIN EN ISO 13485 requirements.
