Head of Credit Allocation (m/f/d)

Organisational and personnel management of the department Support of the Director for all tasks related to the supervision and processing of corporate and private customers and credit institutions Processing and assessment of credit templates, decision-making and, where necessary, submission to the decision-making body including an MF-volume Processing of credits relating to your area of responsibility for reimbursement, modification of maturity, credit conditions or credit collateral Current credit monitoring after credit disbursement, in particular reviewing the risk classification with regard to the creditworthiness of the borrower and the development of existing credit collateral through collateral assessment (including plausibility assessments, monitoring of basic debt entries) Monitoring of predefined early warning indicators Creation, implementation and processing of Forbearance measures in accordance with Organisational Guidelines Coordination of the preparation of inventory, transmission and processing of intensive care and the identification and monitoring of measures Transfer to problem credit processing Transfer of intensively supervised loans to settlement providing information and reports on loans requested by the authorities and internal auditing bodies and independent audit firms Ensuring data in the core banking system and maintaining credit records

Business studies and/or a successfully completed training to the bank businessman Including professional experience Deficiencies in exposures Very good user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point) Good knowledge of German and English, Turkish knowledge desirable Analytical thinkability with a pronounced sense of numerical relationships leadership experience, high flexibility, performance and development potential, rounded by openness, self-initiative and fun at team work
