Team Leader Tour Support & Scheduling (m/f/d)

You are responsible for all organizational processes in your area, including selection, professional and disciplined leadership and further development of the team members. You plan pick-up and delivery tours efficiently and balance costs and quality while complying with process standards and sharing ideas for improvement. You are also responsible for achieving all defined goals in terms of quality, productivity and cost efficiency. You are responsible for complying with all requirements, including legal, social, environmental and labour protection and safety regulations (both external and internal). A close cooperation with the transport managers is of course for you to coordinate cross-disciplinary topics of operations.

You bring a completed training in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification with a focus on logistics. You have several years of professional experience and first leadership experience, ideally in the transport and logistics sector. You have very good analytical numerical understanding, a team player mentality, innovation, earnings and customer orientation. Enforcement and communication strength are of course for you, for that you are resilient, flexible in your working time (day / night), open to changes and show you empathically and tolerant to other cultures. Experiences with popular MS Office products complete your profile.
