Support and representation of department management in operational and strategic daily business Creation and responsibility for monthly and annual accounts (HGB) Active participation and further development of digital processes in accounting Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of efficient, automated solutions Management and further development of financial accounting (debitors, creditors, investments) Ensuring compliance with legal and fiscal requirements Contact persons for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments Reporting, Planning and Forecasting Support

Commercial training with further training on the accounting book holder (IHK) or comparable qualification, e.g. BWL study with a focus on finance Multiannual experience in financial and accounting Embossed process understanding and joy in digitalization and automation Ideally experience with digital tools, ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Diamant, ELO) Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Hands-on mentality and the need to actively improve things
