The clinic has the entire spectrum of state-of-the-art diagnostic methods of nuclear medicine with a focus on cutting and hybrid imaging (SPECT-CT, PET-CT, PET-MRT), including an innovative full-body PET-CT with minimal radiation dose and short measurement time. Another focus of the clinic is the innovative diagnostic-therapeutic treatment with radioactive targeted drugs (theranostics) on our off-hevesy station with 12 therapy beds. innovative methods for the diagnosis and therapy of prostate cancers, neuroendocrine tumors and liver tumors are to be mentioned here in addition to good and malignant thyroid diseases; the spectrum of methods is constantly being developed. A hospital-owned cyclotron and a designated radiochemistry enable the development and application of innovative radiopharmaceuticals for patient care and research (currently more than 20 different PET and therapy radiopharmaceuticals are produced for our patients).
