Our partner is an innovative deep-tech company in the field of modern storage and semiconductor technologies that is currently in a dynamic scale-up phase. The aim is to convert highly innovative storage and circuit concepts into scalable, industrial-grade products. The focus is on analog and mixed-signaled IC designs for energy-efficient, computational architectures - with applications in the field of memory technologies, in‐memory computing and edge/KI systems. The company connects startup dynamics with technical maturity, clear processes and long-term perspective.

Senior Analog Designer (m/w/d) Dresden Your design area • Design, simulation and further development of analog and mixed-signal-capable circuit blocks in the semiconductor and memory environment • Responsibility for circuits from specification to implementation (including pre- and post- layout simulation) • Creation and maintenance of analog models e.g. with Spectre, Verilog‐A or LTSpice • Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation data for parameter optimization • Close cooperation with colleagues from design, device development, technology and integration • Contribution to the further development of design methods and libraries in new technologies
