Senior Analog Designer (m/w/d) Dresden Your design area • Design, simulation and further development of analog and mixed-signal-capable circuit blocks in the semiconductor and memory environment • Responsibility for circuits from specification to implementation (including pre- and post- layout simulation) • Creation and maintenance of analog models e.g. with Spectre, Verilog‐A or LTSpice • Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation data for parameter optimization • Close cooperation with colleagues from design, device development, technology and integration • Contribution to the further development of design methods and libraries in new technologies
