As a medium-sized family-run company in the beautiful Hunsrück we are considered one of the leading manufacturers in the field of door and door automation. We have been producing automatic doors, windows, gates and facades from aluminium of the most diverse profile manufacturers since 1984. Since we consider each project holistic, our work does not only involve the production and assembly of our systems – we advise each customer individually and take over maintenance and repair after installation. Since we attach great importance to making it as easy as possible for our customers, we also support them in managing their systems. Our team currently consists of around 110 employees nationwide. You take over the legal construction project management for our modernization projects in the field of doors and access You coordinate the planning, implementation and acceptance of projects that rely on state-of-the-art drive technology, metal construction and access control You are responsible for the legal execution of the projects and monitor compliance with costs, dates and quality standards You work closely with our partners: in the field of technology, metal construction and access control to create the best solutions You always keep your project on track through transparent communication and comprehensive documentation of project progress and inform all participants proactively You participate in regular training to develop yourself in the fields of building and contract law, drive technology and security systems

You already have experience in building project management and ideally in the field of drive technology, metal construction or access control systems You have a good understanding of legal frameworks and technological trends in access and building automation You are an organizational institution that also keeps track of challenging projects and acts independently You like to communicate and work in the team to achieve the best results together You value digital tools and innovative technologies and are happy to use them to make work processes more efficient
