Experience in HACCP, risk assessment, food law and common food standards (IFS Food and logistics, FSSC 22000, EU BIO, HACCP) Ideally studies food technology / ecotrophology or comparable education Professional experience in quality assurance or management with food focus Complete training for the internal auditor according to DIN 19011 readiness for regular missions independent, structured manner of operation as well as rapid understanding Good knowledge of German and English
