Head of Department Operations (m/f/d)

You are responsible for building, controlling and further developing the central operating function of the bank. In doing so, ensure their stable operating sequences (compliant, efficient and regulatoryly clean handling of all operational processes) and high service quality. You take on professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the operations areas, develop clear roles, responsibilities and representation regulations. In doing so, you promote a process-oriented, quality-conscious way of working and advance the development of skills and capacity control. You assume the overall responsibility for the operational execution of the securities business, control the interfaces to the dwpbank / WP2, bear the responsibility for payment transactions and account services and ensure SLA, time and quality compliance. You carry the responsibility for the operating market sequence passive, coordinate and develop asset management systems, serve as a technical interface to Atruvia, IT and external service providers and accompany releases, tests and system developments. You analyze, standardize and optimize end-to-end processes, reduce error rates and manual interventions, initiate automation and efficiency measures and prepare audits (revision, WP, supervision) before or accompany them. You operate continuously as a central interface between market, market success, IT (Atruvia), external service providers and management.

You have a completed degree or a comparable bank professional qualification. You have several years of professional experience in operations, market successes, payment transactions, securities settlement or banking organization. You have very good knowledge of the Atruvia system landscape and in cooperation with dwpbank/WP2 as well as a good understanding of regulatory requirements (MaRisk, internal control systems, process documentation). You bring leadership experience or pronounced leadership, high process and structural orientation, an analytical way of thinking and pragmatic implementation strength. You are strong in communication at the interface between specialist, IT and management and have willingness to design and develop organizational units.
