(Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) with a view to building a new consulting field enervis is a leading consulting company specialising in European energy industry based in Berlin and Vienna. We support companies in strategic investment decisions and design the energy debate. We are looking for the further expansion of our product and consulting portfolio at the next possible time reinforcement in the field of network-based assessment with focus on Development of the consulting field and integration into our established evaluation and product solutions.

Together with our market experts and analysts, you develop new consulting products that systematically integrate network-based influencing factors into the evaluation of generation and storage assets. You advance the development of this topic at enervis and develop a clearly positioned consulting and product range for project developers, investors and energy companies. You analyse regulatory, market and technical developments relating to network connection, flexible network connection agreements, redispatch, network bottlenecks, building cost grants and network charges and derive relevant effects on investment decisions and business cases. You translate these developments into quantitative and qualitative assessment approaches for production plants and storage projects and link them with existing enervis products such as electricity market scenarios and project reviews. You take responsibility for consulting projects at the interface of electricity market, regulation, network integration and asset evaluation and work closely with our analysis, product and sales teams. In addition, you represent enervis and the corresponding consulting and product offer, for example, through customer talks, specialist contributions, lectures, conference contributions or the exchange with partners.

You have several years of professional experience in the energy industry, ideally in consulting and have already accompanied projects in the field of renewable energies, electricity markets, regulation in connection with network-related issues. You understand the energy-economic contexts of investments in production and storage projects and can classify regulatory developments in particular from the field of electricity networks in terms of their impact on business models and asset assessments. You are interested in current developments in network connections, network charges, redispatch, flexible network connection concepts or other network-related frameworks of assets and are burning to develop new consulting approaches and assessment methods. You work analytical and structured and you can easily prepare complex energy-economic questions and convincingly convey them to customers. You have experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and are happy to work with colleagues from different disciplines. Communication and presentation strength as well as joy in exchange with customers, partners and other stakeholders complete your profile.
