What we plan together: The Central Business Administration is the organization, process and service department for accounting and adjacent commercial areas within the REWE Group. In the associated business management organization purchase-to-Pay, the processes relating to order processing, invoice input processing as well as the intra-group and external billing are bundled.

Our task as a business solution provider of REWE Group is to optimise and further develop the accounting processes. In our projects, we form the interface between the disciplines and IT, we are responsible for the end-to-end processes, their governance and ensure business-wide uniform procedures nationally and internationally. At the core, we work with the modules and advanced applications from the SAP environment (in particular SAP modules FI & MM) and are therefore looking forward to colleagues with SAP background.

What you do with us: You are in the forefront of this: You are autonomous and in the team you are responsible for the processes that are transferred to you in the context of the digitization of invoice input and processing processes. You think strategically: you take care of the process optimization of the incoming invoice processing. Your focus is on the end 2 end process for digitization and archiving from document receipt to invoice control. You are a competent contact person: as a contact person for accounting specialist departments, you advise them on the technical possibilities for implementing their technical requirements in the used applications. You develop the technical concepts and guidelines that you implement with the departments and IT partners. In this context, you are also responsible for compliance with the GoBD and other relevant legal requirements. You set high standards: When formulating the implementation requirements for IT, you note the group requirements for implementing uniform and efficient processes across groups. You can support the Accounting and Account Control Departments in the requirement definition, testing, training the users and are available as contact persons for questions.

You have experience in operating accounting and have been able to gain knowledge in accounting and tax law. Knowledge in SAP FI, master data management, advantage: experience with SAP SD/MM as a user. Good knowledge in process management, in particular analysis, optimization and implementation of business processes. Experience in analysis and troubleshooting within SAP and non-SAP systems as well as developing optimization proposals. Creating technical requirements for SAP systems and adjacent non-SAP processes. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English for communication in international project teams.
