At least with well completed academic studies and relevant doctorate in German Studies/DaF/DaZ or a modern foreign language Multiannual teaching experience in German as a foreign language and high school language teaching, including a well-founded knowledge of the preparation and implementation of standalone examinations Experience as leadership, preferably in the high school environment and language training Experience in teaching abroad at least 6 months Very good German knowledge (C2 level) and English knowledge (C1 level) Personal skills: Outstanding communication and consulting skills, combined with a high solution and implementation orientation as well as a modern, cooperative leadership style Quick conception, a structured, independent and proactive way of working Collaborative, team and conflict skills as well as readiness and resilience Remarkable are: Practical experience in third-party applications Experience in project and organization management Basic knowledge of high school and education policy as well as legal frameworks, high school structures and processes Confidence with cooperation relations in science and society Experience with the development and implementation of contemporary, digital teaching formats including the use of AI, as well as the quality of teaching
